Principal's Message

Dear Student,

It is with much pleasure that I extend a warm welcome to you once again and to all the new students who enter the portals of Muthu College of Allied Health Sciences, in pursuit of knowledge, skill and attitude during the academic year 2021-22.

With the inception of the academic journey in the year 2018, MAHS aims to provide a splendorous career platform to the future paramedics, and pharmacists. It is approved by the Government of Tamil Nadu, and affiliated to The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University.

Allied Health Professions are a distinct group of health professionals who apply their expertise to prevent disease transmission, diagnose, treat and rehabilitate people of all ages and all specialties. Together with a range of technical and support staff they may deliver direct patient care, rehabilitation, treatment, diagnostics and health improvement interventions to restore and maintain optimal physical, sensory, psychological, cognitive and social functions strives to maintain high quality faculty who are excellent teachers and expert practitioners, whose contributions are remarkable in the field.

We integrate teaching and learning in practical prospects, which allows the students to comprehend and envision medical scenarios and act accordingly. Survey says the demand for health professionals will be increased in an exponential percentage in the next decade.
